How do I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting our store at Almo Chowk, Quetta, or by calling us at +92 342 2860 498. Currently, we don't have online ordering, but you can inquire about products over the phone and we'll prepare your order for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments at our store. For larger purchases, we also accept bank transfers. Please contact us for bank transfer details and to confirm your order before making the payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it's processed. Please contact us immediately at +92 342 2860 498 if you need to make changes to your order. Once an order is processed for delivery, modifications may not be possible.
Do you offer installment plans?
Currently, we don't offer installment plans. All purchases need to be paid in full at the time of order. We accept cash and bank transfers for payment.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for defective or damaged products. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For cash purchases, refunds will be provided in cash. For bank transfers, the amount will be transferred back to your account.
Which items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for: personal care products (for hygiene reasons), perishable goods, products without original packaging, and customized or personalized items. Please check the product carefully before purchase.
